Jacciens ships were taking heavy fire, but were also taking extremely accurate shots at the fighters that were swarming the Keldabes. As this was happening the Keldabes kept moving closer and closer to the enemy fleets opening up heavy turbolaser fire towards their capitol ships.

As they were doing this one of the Keldabes exploded into a fiery ball and disintegrated.


Meanwhile on the ground, Jaccien, Gaar, and Jintar were gearing up for the fight ahead. This was going to prove to be a difficult fight. When all geared up the three moved into position along with the other forces. If Jaccien was going to lose Keldabe today it would be with him at the front lines.

*Out of hyperspace two Rouge-Class Starfighters exit near Mandalore space and only to find a battle going on. For a minute the pirates were thinking WTF as they watched the fleets go at it until they saw a dreadnought.*

Ya but what the hell is going on over there?

Hell if I know but I guess we better help out the mandalorians by taking out some of the enemy ships maybe if we are lucky we can take a few more but that Dreadnaught like come on who would pass up a chance like this?

*With them both agreeing on that they sent word back to the Dragon Fang and they would send word to Jax which would cause the pirates to get together their full force for this opportunity.*

"Keep a steady attack. Stay the course."

*The Vice Admiral said even as the K-wings were torn apart. Plus the heavy turbolasers were starting to slam into their ships. She did not care though, form aboard of Victory II Star Destroyer she refuse to change her plans. They wre to keep on with hard pressure against the bucket heads. Then she got a very evil idea for the GA SSD.*

::Bright Star move forward, head right into the middle of the bucket head lines ride threw their defenses.::

*To be honest if the GA ship was lost she did not care. She cared little for the imperial lives so the GA lives were nothing to her. The Bright Star was just a big pawn.*

"Yes sir, it will be done."

*The commander stepped away and lifted a hand to his helmet. Turning on his microphone he sent the orders on. Their were 10 scouts total looking through the structure and set up on the capital. Meanwhile 15 AT-AP's lined themselves up along the Imperial and Jedi forces. As the scouts sent in information the walkers took aim on targets. There were not many walkers, that had room for very few yet they could pack a punch.*

Jaccien lost another Keldabe in the attack. It was getting a little ridiculous, how many forces the Repubs/Impies had. But he had to hold Mand'alore it was his peoples only chance of survival. Meanwhile the ships kept on blasting.

On the ground Jaccien gave orders to have some of his MAATs to go out and airstrike the Walkers. Hopefully they could be taken out before they reached the city.

[Thrakk Valinor]

*Thrakk nods to the Commander and stay at the crest of the hill over looking Keldabe. He continued to survey the city, looking for any movement, lifting his left wrist up to chest level, Thrakk speaks into his CDP to his fellow jedi *

:: Try not to get in the thick of the fighting, our primary objective is capturing the Mandalor, Keldabe is secondary ::

*The Bright Star now began to take the brunt of the attack from the Mandos. Even though the battle was looking greatly in favor of the joint GA and Imperial forces it did not mean they weren't taking a beating. At least 1/4 of the K-wings had been taken out. Yet that is what happens when you fight like a Imperial.

As the situation started to seem under control in orbit the 4 squads of 12 Y-wings head towards the capital planet side.*

*The air strikes begin to take its toll on the tanks even as the fired back. After the first sweep only 9 remained.*

::Separate and ready to attack the city! We are bombers strike so do we!::

* Thrakk watches the bombers come into view *

:: Commander, once those bombs hit...turn on your jammers. We need their hardware scrambled as we make the first push in.....keep up the air strikes. I will see you on the field::

* Thrakk takes a deep breath and holds his lightsaber in his right hand waiting for the bombs to drop*

Another Keldabe goes down. It seemed all was lost in Orbit, so the Captains thought what was necessary for the survival of Mandalore. They sent all fighters and all MAAT's to the surface, and with the consent of the crews they commanded made an attempt to ram all the ships they could.

The MAAT's and K-12's coming from Orbit saw the enemy soldiers unloading on a ridge outside of Keldabe and did what they thought they had to do. They unloaded all the weapons they had into the mass of soldiers and tanks, and then made a run back to Keldabe hopefully to replenish ammo.

::My people, it is time to stand for our ancestors even to the point of death. Our brothers in orbit are doing what they can to protect us down here, but it seems they have come to suicidal ramming techniques. They have made their priorities clear, and so should you. DEFEAT IS NOT AN OPTION!!! OYA OYA OYA!!!!::

With that Jaccien orders that their jammers be turned on so the enemy would be blind when they reached the city limits of Keldabe.

*The joint fleet continue to fight against the Mandolorians in orbit. Attention now seemed to be on the ground which would be the real battle to see who would come out victorious. The 4 squads of 12 Y-wings come over the capital and the jammers from the GA/Imp forces are turning on. Sure the Mandos also were using theirs however damage could still be done, the Y-wings begin by attacking the most visible buildings. They could not find units yet can find buildings.*

::All forces attack!::

*The nine AT-AP's open fire and covering the advancement of the 75,000 stormtroopers. They marched to the capital city of Keldabe with full determination. Even if their numbers began to drop heavily they would still march on, the goal of this purposefully bad strategy was to show the law of order this invasion was meant to bring. The need for tactics was not needed when you had numbers and "civilized justice" backing you. Well that's what they told the troopers as the invaded the city in what for most would be a death march. *

* Thrakk cringes at the sight of the stormtroopers getting hit by heavy enemy fire, gritting his teeth Thrakk tightens his grip on his lightsaber. As he prepares to move the force calls to him, Thrakk looks up to see a flight of Mando ships coming in towards the ridge*

" Clear out !!"

* Thrakk and the other jedi move quickly away from the airstrike, and begin running towards the enemy lines. *

:: Commander !!! spred out the men this will turn into a massacre !!!::

* Thrakk only hears static after his message, the jammers activated by both sides made it impossible for him to contact his forces. Thrakk waves for his Jedi team to follow him as they move around the Imp soldiers to enter the city on its flank*

Jaccien and his men massed in the outskirts of the city where open fields and small villages were dominate. Jaccien and his men took this opportunity to hide in the fields and small huts. About 35,000 of them stayed back in the city while the wrest of them hid.

The MAAT's and K-12's continued their assault by way by way of eye. They were hoping to knock out many of the massed 75,000 troops.

*The AT-AP's pushed one wards as their numbers were cut to six, the Y-wings went on bombing the whole capital. The bombing went from the center of the city and they spanned outward. It would take a long time yet in the end there were be nothing remaining.

As the conflict in orbit seemed to go very well the most powerful turbolasers in orbit began to fire down upon Keldabe to assist in tearing it apart.

Atleast 5,000 stormtroopers had to be lost at this point yet they pushed onward lead by Commander 2278.*

The Mandalorians in the city were being rocked by multiple bombings. Women, Children, and Elderly men were killed along with the soldiers were being killed. Jaccien could not sit and wait much longer while his people were being killed.

With that small transports full of Mandalorian Reserves, Women, and Children loaded up on small ships and transports and were sent off to unknown planets.

*You would assume that the fleeing shuttles would be allowed to flee sense they clearly showed no threat yet that was not the orders of the joint fleet. They were to kill all those in the city. So as the shuttles entered orbit they were fired upon, sure they could not get them all yet they would surely try.*

Transport after transport dropped and in all only ten of them got away. This was not what Jaccien wanted but a few were better than none.

Meanwhile on the ground Jacciens men poised ready for an attack.

*The stormtroopers keep up their advancement and finally reach the outskirts of the capital. Roughly 60,000 have made it this far still a strong force yet it was not good when your forces were being slowed by their own dead.*

The Stormtroopers were now 100 yards in front of the hidden Mandalorians, this was their time to strike. They quickly raised up out of the fields and began to open fire at the Stormers, the openness of the fields made it hard not to hit their targets. Meanwhile MAAT's stood by waiting to cover their retreat.

*The stormtroopers who could react quickly dodged yet many were taken surprise and quickly taken out. However they were just replaced with the line behind then which fought onward with vengeance. It would not be reviled until later just how well that sneak attack had worked yet the marched was halted. They could not move on with such heavy fire even with the greatest amount of troops.*

The march stopped and the Mandalorians that had sprung the sneak attack found this was a great time to retreat. As they fell back the MAAT's that had been hovering came down and unloaded on the front rows of the Stormies line.

They used the smoke and debris from the MAAT attack to hid again farther up in the field ready to use another sneak attack.

[Thrakk Valinor]

* Finally Thrakk reaches the front of the ranks where the main amount of enemy fire was directed. Turning on his double bladed lightsaber, he begins deflecting enemy blaster fire as he tries to rally the men forward. But no matter where they moved the enemy continuously cut them down. Thinking on his feet, Thrakk reaches out in the force until he could feel a few of the MAAT's. Grasping them with the invisible hand of the force, Thrakk wrenches downwards in hopes on sending a few of the ships crashing to the ground that laid between his GA forces and the mandalorians.

Thrakk then continues to defelct blaster fire and move forward as do the other 6 jedi...2 of the jedi then begin to use the force funnel the smoke back towards the mandalorian lines in hopes of blinding them sense both sides equipment was being jammed

The Mandalorians that were going to spring another sneak attack decided just to shoot blind through the smoke. The theory of "If I can't see them, they can't see me." Is usually not true, but at this time it was. But while this was happening two MAAT's went down and landed on the Mandalorians killing at least 100.

When the MAAT's pilots saw the smoke they directed through it and came up on the opposite side of the way the Jedi began to funnel it.

Without the the Comms working the a few of the MAAT's made a judgment call and started to aim for the Jedi. The other 120 MAAT's caught on, while the M-12's continued to aim for the large mass of storm troopers.

*As the battle rages on the stormtroopers continue to drop. The Y-wings kept there advance and were now heading to the tip of the battle meanwhile, K-wings were now starting to break away from the battle in orbit and bomb where the Mando army appeared to be. They could not pin them down and where the stormtroopers had made an advance some were taken in the cross fire. Looses now were to hard to figure out yet it was believed that some where around 1/4 of the original number of stormtroopers were gone.*

* Thrakk and his jedi sprint through the smoke, deflecting blaster fire as it came there way. After a few moments they close the gap between the stormtroopers and the mandalorian lines. Using the force to better conceal themselves in the smoke, Thrakk and his 6 jedi turn off their sabers and enter the mandalorian lines. Using the force like radar, they begin to pin point their targets. A flash of lightsaber would be seen here and there then nothing,as Thrakk and his strike team stealthily begin to kill unsuspecting mandalorians ....this tactic would cause confusion within the ranks of the mandalorians and possible friendly fire as they would not know how many of the enemy where amongst them or where they where.... as more and more of their dead vod begin to appear.

The Mandalorian were not stupid unlike their clone counterparts, and once they saw the lights from the sabers flash and their vode beggining to appear all over the ground they quickly retreated. Running back to Keldabe.

When the MAAT's saw what they thought was the last of the Mandalorians they began to unload into the smoke, hoping to kill whatever it was the Mandalorians were running from.

*The stormtroopers pressed onward following the Jedi lead yet they soon found themselves to the mercy of the MAAT's. They were dropped like flies until six K-wings came down from orbit to fire upon the MAAT's.*
