It is the Hapan way. The rules were written down many millenium ago... Besides, men are treated like second class citizens. I may rule though, I want to keep power out of the hands of the nobles. I want somebody that loves me for me! Not because I am the Chume'da! I need somebody who can match me in my power, physical and the Force! I will love that person not because of their power, but because they looked past my position of power!

*Zeph put his arms behind his head and thought.*

"Ways are hard to change yet change can be a good thing. Marrying someone out of the nobles is a example of that. The nobles I doubt would like to see a non Hapan male have a child with you. Which is what you would have to do to avoid the nobles."

*He said with a smirk, smirking was just someone of a family trait. Most of the time he didn't even realize he was doing it.*

Numa realised that Zeph was smirking. It made his face look endearing to her.

"I hope that is not your attempt of trying to ask me to marry you."

*He said and crinkled his noise at her. It did seem odd that they had just meet and this conversation had even come up. Yet, for royals it was rare that they marry someone they have any attraction to so Zeph could not be surprised by her words.*

Numa scowled, and her scowl made her face look cute.

*Zeph laughed lightly, she was so cute to play with.*

When Zeph stuck his tongue out at her, Numa lost her scowl. Zeph was fun to mess with. A breeze blew, petals of flowers floated in the wind, so she used the FOrce to make the petals tickle Zeph around his neck and his face.

*Zeph moved to push the peddles away.*

"Hey. . . stop that."

*He said between laughs. The boy seemed a lot more innocent as he laughed uncontrollably. A true sign of the youth of both Numa and Zeph. Even though most of what they did was dictated for them a proper it didn't change that fact that they were still kids.*
