Jedi Temple Grounds

The Jedi Temple was the headquarters of the Jedi Order from the conclusion of the Great Sith War to the Great Jedi Purge and during that time was home to its major training, bureaucratic and dormitory facilities. Jointly operated by the Order and the Galactic Republic, the Temple was sealed to all but the Jedi and their allies, with very few public areas. The complex would be abandoned and largely destroyed at the time of the Declaration of a New Order when the Order was utterly routed by the Galactic Empire. Upon the rise of the Galactic Alliance, the Temple was rebuilt for the reformed Order under the leadership of Luke Skywalker.

[Aren Morningstar]

* Aren walks briskly through the Temple corridors as he headed to the council chambers. There was much to do and little time to do it in, most of it was diplomatic concerns that he wished he could delegate to someone else; but as the leader of the jedi order it was his duty to be the buffer between the peace keepers of the galaxy and it's politics.

Boarding a turbolift, Aren heads to the council chambers*

=Grey Jedi=
*Miranda quickly ran up the Temple steps and even as her thoughts were back with her friends she still had to deliver the information they all had fought to bring here. Knowing that soon the plot that was going on could soon be revealed was all that kept her going. She very much knew Ace, Garret and Kelley were willing to die for this last mission of the Grey Jedi but she dearly hopped that they would survive. Even as they confronted the GAG troops now Miranda was making her way into the Jedi temple and even then she ran all the way towards the council chambers*

[Jarik Rimora]

* Jarik parks the speeder in a secret entrance away from the GAG outposts outside the temple. Jarik turns off the speeder and directs the grey's to follow him to the council chambers

[Jarik Rimora]

* Jarik goes for the fastest landing possible, even though the GAG outpost outside the temple would see them; by the time they could follow Jarik would already have landed the shuttle. Powering down the vessel, Jarik gets out of the ship and looks at Karica *

" Get evac in progress...Aren, wipe out everything in our data banks. I will prep for an attack "

[Orin Wraith]

* Orin places a hand on Jariks shoulder *

" Jarik...you and Karica get everyone out. I will stay behind and cover you all. No more discussion, lets just do what needs to be done "

* Orin turns away from the others and heads to the main entrance of the temple. Standing at the top of massive stone stair case that lead up to the Temple entrance, Orin crosses his arms over his chest and takes a deep breath of fresh air as a light breeze brushes against him. Orin waits for the GAG troopers that are bound to come *

[Karica Panu]

*Karica was going to say how it was out of order and a bad idea for them to order each other around so quickly with little thought yet, time was not something to waste in a situation like this. Karica then closed her eyes and focused on reaching out to everyone in the temple through the force.*

<<All Jedi commence evacuation measures.>>

*The Grandmaster then walked towards the entrance to the temple as Jedi quickly moved to flee the temple. The younglings and padawans along with their teachers are the first to leave followed by the knights. As most of the Jedi focused on evacuating she spoke to Orin.*

"Remaining is basically a death sentence. I will not allow that to befall one as the rest safely flee."

[Orin Wraith]

* Orin looks over at Karica with a small smile on his face *

" This is my death star "

* Orin takes a more serious tone and his demeanor changes as he feels the forces of the new UA coming closer *

" You need time that we don't have...all maybe lost but I will not bow before this darkness. Go and survive "

[Jayden Fey]

*The GAG 301st Legion marches onto the grounds of the Jedi temple. For their acts of treason all Jedi are to be arrested and every Master be put to death. Any who resist are also to be executed. Leading the operation as Commander Jace.*



*The Commander once at the top of the temple steps gives one warning.*

=Commander Jace=
"For treason against the the Galactic Alliance a warrant has been issued to arrest every Jedi! resitting is a life sentence!"

*Jace yelled coldly and as planned the troopers then all raised their blasters. This was the first operation to be enacted under the new legion program and every trooper was killing for the chance to attack the Jedi. 2/3 of them were actually stormtroopers who were integrated into the GA army. Well to be official it was not the UA and for its first official military movement hopes were high that it would go well. Deciding he has given enough time Jace raised his chain gun and charged forward at the Temple.*

=Commander Jace=
"For the Alliance!"

[Karica Panu]

*Karica looks upon the approaching troopers and sighs. If Orin felt this was his path she would have to respect it for she knew her path was to make sure the others were say.*

"If you must then may the force be with you in this critical time."

*She said bowing and then ran to the hanger to catch the Jedi transports as they were taking off.*

[Rhayth]

*Rhayth flew the airspeeder towards the Jedi temple and he quickly flew over the GA guards who were station around the temple. He then turned sharply around and aimed the airspeeder at one of the guards posts.*

Alright jump.

*Using the force Rhayth jumped from the airspeeder as it began to head straight for the guard post. Rhayth would land gently on his feet a ways away from the Temple main entrance since he knew that was where the troops were trying to enter the temple. At least now he was in the temple grounds and one guards post would be distracted since he didn't aim it at the guards just the general area to prevent them from getting to them. Rhayth stood and quickly ran the rest of the way to the Jedi temple as he was sure Numa would be close behind him.*

Numa followed Rhayth's lead, Force Jumping when he told her to. She ran after Rhayth, following him. She wanted to do everything possible to help.

[Jayden Fey]

*Four rows of the marching troopers (28 men) quickly turned as they heard the crash that send the guard post in confusion. They GAG troopers quickly opened fire on Rhayth and Numa, they were a good distance away yet they hoped to kill the Jedi before they got close. Their shots were lethal shots to kill.

Meanwhile the other troopers pressed onward into the temple.*

[Queen Mother Shadow Fire]

Numa knew what was happening. She knew that shots had been fired on them. In a flash, Numa had used the Forc to redirect the blaster bolts to their origins, and she continued to run, following Rhayth.

[Orin Wraith]

* As Karica leaves, Orin watches rank after rank of soldiers come towards the temple. Gripping the hilts of his lightsabers tightly in his hands, he gathers the force to him and centers himself. A few moments go by and the leader of the soldiers comes forwards announcing the charges placed on the Jedi and his soldiers intentions. Orin raises his left hand just as Commander Jace begins to charge forward...

Taking the energy he had begun to gather, Orin sends a massive force push at the charging troopers. Though this attack would deplete his force power for some time, the wave of power that would hit the oncoming soldiers would be strong enough to throw the first few ranks into the air or turn them into living canon balls sending them rocketing back into their own ranks.

Without a moments hesitation, Orin flicks on his lightsabers and dashes forward. Spinning and slashing his at anything in reach, Orin's cyan lightsabers soon become a blur as he makes his way into the ranks of GA soldiers. Each soldier that meets his blade falls like grass to the sickle. Orin was unsure on how long he could last and keep the enemy at bay, but he would make these GA soldiers pay dearly for every piece of the temple they tried to take*

*GAG troopers were shocked as they found their own rounds turned on him. Many of them dove out of the way of the shots and quickly returning fire however, nine already lay died from Numa's attack.

The front of the trooper line for not faring any better. The force wave knocked many of the soldiers into the air to simply fall down onto their brothers. Slowly laser fire returned as the GAG troopers fought to make their way back up the temple steps.

Commander Jace shrugged to rise after he was thrown half way down the steps. He painfully rose and noticed blood was streams over his face. As he rose he spat in disgust and grabbed the closeted blaster rife. That was when he noticed the cyan blurs as they cut down his forces. This Jedi were hard to kill. He thought and tried to think of an action to take and then it hit him. He looked at the Jedi in front of his then behind him and called in a air strike.*

=Commander Jace=
::This is Jace we need air support now. Hit the top and far bottom of the temple steps.::

*The request was meet and soon six K-wings were soon seen from above. They broke apart and three fired their Short-range quad turbolaser turrets in the direction of Rhayth and Numa while a identical assulate was made in the direction of Orin.*

[Karica Panu]

*As the starfighters struck and it became clear attention was on Orin 7 shuttles exited the main hanger of the temple escorted by 12 StealthX's. They quickly rose into orbit and encase any GA forces got in there way the three lead StleathX's fired off three shadow bombs ahead of them which slammed into a orbital mirror. In the cloak of the confusion and explosion the convo jumped to hyperspace.*

[Rhayth]

*As Rhath ran shots were fired at him and Numa but she was the one to act the fastest sending the blaster bolts back at the troopers. Shortly after that happened Rhayth got a quick glimpse of what was to come and turned to see three K-Wings heading their way. So Rhayth reached out through the force to the middle K-Wing and began to apply pressure to its turbo laser. Eventually he bent the thing so that when it fired it would most likely blow itself up possibly even taking the other K-wings with it. If not well the other K-wings wouldn't be able to get a clear shot at either him or Numa.*

Numa quickly get to the temple we must not leave ourselves in the open for to much longer.

*Rhayth quickly ran the rest of the distance to the temple and hid along its walls to prevent anyone from finding where he was now.*

[Orin Wraith]

* As Orin cuts down solider after soldier it seemed if two more took the place of their fallen comrade. Orin was soon being pushed back but still dealing heavy causalities to the enemy. It was when the attack lulled slightly did Orin hear the sky rumble. Looking above him, Orin watches multiple K-Wings unload on his position. Still weak by his force attack, Orin sprints towards the side of the stairs. Just as he leaps into the air, the blast from the K-Wings air strike hits him. Rubble and flames rip at Orin as he is sent tumbling through the air.

Slamming into the side of the temple a few feet in front of Rhayth, Orin coughs and slowly staggers to his feet. Dust and rubble fall off him as he shakes his head lightly to clear his vision. Blinking his eyes, Orin looks to his side to see Rhayth ...wiping blood from his face he then nods to his follow jedi *

" Looks like we are being evicted "

[Jayden Fey]

*The K-wing with bent turbolasers from Rhayth did not even realized the jedi trick. For a brief moments his computer alerted damage then the explosion happened which sent the K-wing spinning into another and they can down hard. The remaining K-wings flew up as another attack seemed unlikely for they did not want to harm there own men yet, if need be they would return.*

=Commander Jace=
:: rows 1 through 13 head into the temple everyone else focus on the Jedi below.::

*Jace order and aimed his blaster rifle at Orin with one hand and pulled the trigger. Followed by the other troopers who now also fired upon the three Jedi and came charging at them.*

[Orin Wraith]

* A blaster bolt sizzles past Orin's head scorching the stone next to him. Looking back towards the GAG troopers and away from Rhayth, Orin snarls under his breath as he sees the GAG commander waving his men on and begin to fire at him. Clipping one lightsaber back to his belt,

" Get out of here "

*Orin turns his other saber back on and begins deflecting blaster fire with the lightsaber in his right hand. Drawing the force to him, Orin sprints along the side of the temple and leaps back towards the front entrance. Focusing his energy, Orin throws his lightsaber at the nearest GAG trooper; his lightsaber embeds itself in that troopers chest. Landing in a crouch a few feet in front of the GAG trooper, Orin unleashes the force energy he had focused, firing a force blast from each hand at the bottoms of the two stone guards nearest to him. As his blasts hit them, their bottoms crack and crumble sending the towering statues falling across the stair case. Though many of the GAG troopers had made it in, this would slow down the rest.

Orin stands and pulls his lightsaber from the dead GAG troopers chest, he looks quickly around the area through the dust and debris. He then spots the man he is looking for, Orin points his lightsaber at Commander Jace...then begins to run at him

*Jace looked on with hate as the two large statutes are pulled down onto his men. This jedi was becoming way to trouble some, they were here to kill all the Jedi not waste all there time on a few, even if they were highly skilled.*

=Commander Jace=
::Move all the injured into the temple there are clearly no Jedi in it! Also. . . we need administration help.::

*In other words he was requested help from the force sensitives that worked directly under Jayden. Only a few Commander's even knew of them and they had never been requested like this. Jace then looks at Orin with rage as he charges and quickly fires off his blaster rile to stop the Jedi advance.*

[Queen Mother Shadow Fire]

Numa ran as she followed Rhayth inside of the Temple. She snarled as she noticed some troopers made it inside the Temple after her and Rhayth. She flicked on two of her three lightsabers, for a few minutes, she was a purple blur as she sliced and hacked her way through the troopers that made it in the Temple. When she was done, she was breathing hard, though all the troopers that made it in the Temple were now dead. Now, she just hoped the other Jedi that joined her and Rhayth managed to kill the remaining troopers that were outside the Temple.

[Jayden Fey]

*The troopers bodies lay everywhere, the floors of the temple were covered in their blood. Shuttles then began to arrive loading stormtroopers and more GAG troopers. And there were many more to come, the temple would not be a place the Jedi could hold onto. Three of the shuttles set down in the temple hanger, two carrying stormtrooper units and the other GAG troopers. They quickly head off the shuttles and into the temple to secure it.*

[Orin Wraith]

* As Orin sprints towards Commander Jace he deflects the blaster fire coming at him. Just as he closes the distance between them, a roaring noise fills Oirn's ears. Looking up for a brief second, Orin sees more and more shuttles headed there way. This battle was over...for a single log cannot hold back the entire river, and Orin knew he would soon give way.

As Orin loses focus for that moment he is brought back when he feels a searing pain rip through him as he is hit with a blaster round. Using this pain as power, Orin snarls and thrusts his saber at Commander Jace intending on impaling the GAG trooper
