Massacre of Caross

*The Grand Imperial Fleet enters orbit over Togoria. As the Sith battlecrusiers came out of hyperspace they quickly targeted the local ships in orbit. They unleashed their armament upon the ships with out warning to get then out of the way. Then then Sith Shadow entered orbit. It did not fire one shot, everyone on the Super Star Destroyer was focusing on targeting the capital city of Caross. A ripple then shook the fighting to an end as the Axial superlaser fired at the capital. It hit dead center and a large explosion followed that was visible in space. The whole fleet then turned away from the planet and made a leap to hyperspace before and GA forces could arrive. This would send a clear message that the Empire was anger and planned and strike swiftly at the GA and anyone who allied with them. *

*The Vice Admiral yelled orders to the Legacy fleet to take up a defensive position and engage the GA/Mando forces. She then sent out a call for the Grand Fleet to reinforce them.*

* Mean while in the Bastion capital the empress was we aware of the attack on the capital.*

*Selene stares at ghost for a moment*

Go to the Admiral outside he will sort your ship out. Now leave you will have everything once you have your ship.

*After he was rushed out of the room she could feel the jedi were on board the ships above. And with out dely selene sat in her room and start calling on the darkness ready to help her followers on the ships above. She goes into Battlemeditation trance. Two hand maidens channel force into her making the battlemeditation even stronger. The last of the handmaidens cloak was off ready to deffend the empress should anyone attack. The Honor guard ready them self for battle incase it even gets this far The jedi would feel darkness but not the empress it was not time show herself just jet.*

*Grand Master Panu stood in the main hanger of the Bright Star and sent orders out to the fleet as she readied herself to head down to the planet. The Dark Dawn and Dawn I had landed in the hanger and would move the Jedi down to the Sith capital. That and it seemed like they were going to be facing a small fleet. Things were appearing to be going well.*

::Spread out your attack. Each capital ship take the SD closed to you and focus your attack to them. The same goes for the starfighters of each capital ship.::

*She said and turned away from the layout of the battle, which was being displayed on a holo. The orders were given only to GA forces at this current point the Mandos would not needed to strike yet and it might be good to keep some forces back. This all seemed to easy and Karica wanted to make sure that had a section of the attack force ready to take on any new threat that would appear. Also she didn't want to give orders to forces she truly had no right to order around.*

[Admiral Kayet]

*The Grand Imperial Fleet comes into orbit backing up the imperials already in orbit. Admiral Kayet sat in the captain's chair of the Sith Shadow and looked over the details of the GA/Mando attack fleet. *

"Target the Viscount-class Star Defender to are east and have all starfighters head in to combat the enemy."

*The massive cluster of starfighters rushed towards the GA/Mando fleet as the Sith Shadow protected by the six Sith battlecruisers targeted the Viscount-class Star Defenders "Whiplash". An officer turned to face the Admiral.*

=Officer=
"Sir we await your order."

"Fire at will."

*The officer nods and at the tip of the Sith Shadow a bright green beam appeared then fired at Whiplash. The super laser was not yet up to pair of the Eclipse yet it had the power to destroy a city so should if it hit directly cripple the massive defender. *

"Now target their Super Star Destroyer."

*He said not caring for the life just lost. Another Officer turned this time it was a worried engineer.*

"With all do respect sir firing again so fast will over heat the core."

"I said fire!"

*The bridge fell silent as the super laser powered up again.*

*Tion stood up from the captain's chair of the Sheathed Blade and looked on in shock at the Sith Shadow fired a super laser.*

::Prep the shuttles to drop we are making are land attack now!::

*Tion was worried that his ship might be target next and he needed to get his men of the ship before that could happen.*

::All ships separate and get into the imperial lines past the aim of the super laser!::

*There only way to be safe might be to get out of range of that super laser yet then their were the other star destroyers and normal weapons of the SSD. The battle had just started and already Tion had a headache. *

*Meanwhile on the Bright Star the Dark Dawn and Dawn one were no full of their Jedi passengers and ready to head down to the planet. The two ships became to cloak and all the needed for the green light to head down to the Sith capital. Jana spoke into her comlink to the Mando and Jedi forces.*

::Dawns ready to rise.::

Mandalorian Fleet Alpha drops out of hyperspace behind the newly arrived Sith fleet. Their main target at this point would have to be the laser wielding SSD. Most soldiers on board the Mandalorian vessels had not seen anything like that in their day, except one:Jaccien. He knew the only way to take this thing down quickly was from the inside.

"I want all Keldabes to concentrate their fire on that SSD, also I want all MAAT's to load up, we are going to board that beast."

With that command the Keldabes unload aiming for the hull of the SSD. Hopefully they could take it down before it could fire another super laser

[Karica Panu]

"No."

*Grand Master Panu said lightly as the Whiplash took a direct hit. So many lives were lost so quickly as the ship exploded in a ball of fire. Yet there was no time to morn. She stood and gave orders to all the GA forces.*

::Target the SSD and move out of the superlaser's range! You need to be in front of it to be hit by it so dive and strike the ship from underneath!"::

*She said and ran to the Dawn to Come.*

"We are heading out now! We need to get on the planets surface before its to late. If we get the Empress we can end this chaos here and now!"

[Admiral Kayet]

*The superlaser was fully charged and fired at the GA SDD. Yet as the engineer warned the core began to over heat and the ships power surged. Not only that the laser shot was only 63% power of the first shot. Admiral Kayet punched a display cracking the screen.*

"This battle ship is useless! Clearly a replacement is needed!"

*He said with disgust then a little be calmed her gave orders to the whole fleet.*

::All imperials I want only one Super Star Destroyer in orbit over are grand capital. Make it so or else!::

*The order was cold and it was clear the Admiral was greatly angered by he viewed as the failure of a super weapon.*

*The shuttles and light freighters were all ready and flew out of the Sheathed Blade (Keldabe-class battleship) down towards the Sith capital. And with imperial focus on the GA SDD they just might be able to make it through with little resistance.

Meanwhile, Tion's fleet focused on the imperial SSD. Everyone was still trying to grasp the awesome power of it yet, none wanted to see more they just wanted it gone.*

Jaccien was loading up on one of the MAAT's when the Jedi's SSD was hit by the laser. It was a sad sight to see, but it just made his lust for vengeance even greater.

Eventually 35 MAAT's were loaded up and ready to go. Hopefully they all would make it to their destination, but Jaccien and the wrest of his soldiers knew this would probably not happen. soon they would head out.

Meanwhile the Keldabes keep unleashing their Turbolasers and missiles at the Sith Shadow. Keep in mind they are behind the Sith Shadow.

[Admiral Kayet]

*Admiral Kayet thought how to go on. The Mandos were starting to dent his shields and that was taking away power to cool the core. It was clear what he had to do.*

::All imperials focus on defending the Sith Shadow. We need are engines clear.::

*He said then looked to those in the bridge.*

"Ready us to jump to hyperspace."

*It was their best option, in Admiral Kayet's view this ship was more important then the capital.*

[Karica Panu]

*Karica had to use the force to steady herself as the SSD shook. She didn't even bother asking for a status report she knew it would not be good. *

"Let's head out!"

*She ordered just wanting to get to the ground. Never was a fan of flying to start with.*

[Janus Vhett]

*Following the Grand Master's command the Dark Dawn and Dawn I now fully cloaked followed the Mando shuttles and freighters down towards the Sith capital. It would appear though being cloaked was not even needed.

Janus looked out at the battle as they moved towards the Sith world. He could tell Jana was unease on the whole thing and he could assume all of the Jedi felt the same one. Oddly enough the Mandos would most likely be the more focused of the ground.

The Dawns set down just after the Mandolorian shuttles. The commandos were exiting the shuttles and storming the Imperial Headquarters. *

*The thirty Jedi lead by Karica quickly came to back up the 1,000 Mando Commandos. However, Karica didn't like how this was going they had got here way to easilly she thought as they reached the entrance of the Imperial HQ. *

Jaccien finally got his troops in order. The 35 MAAT's let out accompanied by all 35 of his 35 M12-L Kimogila Heavy Fighters. They were heading strait for the SSD, hopefully they would receive little fire.

[Admiral Kayet]

*The ground began to shake as three giant doors slide open and three ramps brought up three of the newly designed Imperial Walkers. They were support by normal stormtroopers and a few other walkers yet it was clear who they real threat was to the Jedi and Mandos. The walkers were the biggest ever made and had only one true weakness they were slow and heavy so hard to transport. However they didn't need to move far.*



*And in the event that the GA/Mandos made it into the HQ they would have to face the shadow guard. Who were the most elite troopers in the galaxy, then the Empress herself.*




*The fight raged on in orbit. Jaccien was lucky the Admiral was not focused on the massive hangers of the SSD. Even though imperial fighters were swarming the Sith Shadow and would strike at the MAAT's they resistance was not as big as it could be. Kayet was focused on getting the hyperdrive system ready to flee.*

[Janus Vhett]

*The Mandos separated as giant walkers strike. Ever massive step could kill tons and every blast shook the earth. They needed to find a way out of this and fast.

Jana looked at the ramps and got an idea. She turned to the Grand Master.*

"Move on to the HQ, I got this!"

*She said and turning back to one of the massive walkers sent a strong force push at the ramp. The push plus the weight of the walker made the ramp give way and the walker fell back down. The ground shook as it banged its way down.*


*Janus rolled to his left and raising his rifle shot a stormtrooper in the shoulder. He just kept moving not wanting to be target by one of the walker. The lad then found himself jumping as one of the walkers came down. Do to his mother's actions no less who he now turned his attention to*.

Jaccien was geting feed from the surface, the Mandalorian/GA forces had landed and what they were up against was not pretty. He decided that the capitol was more important than the ship.

So he mad a key decision, he broke away with 25 of his MAAT's and headed towards the surface, while 10 of the MAAT's kept going towards the Sith Shadow. The K12-L's stuck with the 10 MAAT's, they took heavy fire on their way.

The ship count at the door of the hanger was 8 MAAT's and 25 K12-L's. After the 160 Mandalorian Verda made it into the hanger, the 25 K12's broke off loosing a couple as they did, they were to catch up with the 25 MAAT's heading to the surface and give them support.

When inside the hanger the MAAT's started blasting at anything that would resemble an enemy, or starship that would pose trouble in the future. After that they hovered 6 feet off the ground letting the Mandalorians jump out. These warriors also blasted at anything that would be a problem.

*Karica nods to Jana yet orders two groups of the Jedi each of five to do as she did and take down the other two walkers. Which would be harder as they started to walk off the ramps. The Grandmaster then lead the other twenty Jedi into the imperial HQ.

Meanwhile, in orbit the GA SSD was not looking good. It was trying oh so hard to get hits shields back online yet was failing. If only the Sith Shadow was gone they would have an edge in this battle.*

[James Cutter]

*Suddenly out from Hyperspace came 2 venator-class star destroyers followed by 1 Acclamator 1-Class Assault Ship. They had been sent by the GA forces back at Coruscant and had come in to aid the ships here. At least that was what the Venator-Class Star Destroyers were for where the Acclamator was meant more for the invasion of the Imperial Capitol.

The Venators both charged forward with all guns opening up on the Star Destroyers since almost everything else was concentrating on the SSD. Meanwhile the Acclamator headed for Bastion but even before it got there Gunships filled with troopers flew from its hangars. They also had LAAT/c Gunships flying down with all shorts of military walkers and other kinds of vehicles. Now the war for the Capitol really began.*

::So did anyone call for reinforcements?:: *Last but not least out from hyperspace came the Freedom where Admiral James Walker stood on the bridge looking out at the battle.*

[Admiral Kayet]

*On the ground things were not going good. All three walkers were taken down way to fast. The admiral thought his plan was great yet it was just he opposite. However he still had the elite forces. Which meet the Jedi as they reached the HQ. The two Sith leading the elite targeted the Grand Master.

The true issue as the admiral say it was the Sith Shadow however. His pride and joy had just shook violently as the Mandos attacked the main hanger. Sighing he say only one option. The core was over heated and he didn't have the forces to hold the ship.*

"Shut off all cooling to the core and fire upon the remaining GA defender."

*Their were worried looks yet his order was followed. The admiral then moved towards his personal hanger as the superlaser fired and core started to implode.*

"Evacuate."

*Was his last order as he boarded a lumba shuttle the cloaked and entered orbit. The little shuttle flew into the lead SD hanger of the legacy fleet and just shook his head as he knew what was coming.

The Sith Shadow tilted east ward and the power fully shut off. It then shook violently as the massive ship started to fall apart.

Kayet simply stared at his datapad as he moved towards the bridge of the new fleet command ship. The GA had back up, this was not good, not good at all. *
